· Measuring, cutting, and designing patterns in the material required.· Double-checking the pattern dimensions and style.

Overseeing the entire textile manufacturing process, including planning, execution, quality control, and cost management.
Fabric Sourcing:
Identifying and securing the necessary fabrics for production, managing relationships with suppliers, and ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Merchandising:
Managing the development, execution, and presentation of textile products to buyers, acting as a link between production and marketing.
Supply Chain Management:
Coordinating the flow of materials and information throughout the textile production process, from raw materials to finished products.

- Preparing marketing and sales strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.
- Ensuring the company meets the sales target.
